Community & Student Success: Initiatives

At Campbellsville University, our initiatives are designed to support diversity, inclusion, and community-building across campus. Through programs like the Black Faculty & Staff Council, we provide a space for advocacy, mentorship, and professional development for Black faculty, staff, and students. The Black Faculty & Staff Mentor Directory offers students the opportunity to connect with experienced mentors who can provide guidance and support in both academic and career pursuits. Additionally, the Global Faculty & Staff Council promotes cultural awareness and fosters an inclusive, globally-minded campus community.

Together, these initiatives work to create an environment where all members of the university can thrive, feel supported, and build meaningful connections.
